NAME, IMAGE AND LIKENESS (NIL)

In June of 2021, the NCAA reversed a rule that will now give all incoming and current NCAA athletes, in all sports, the ability to profit off of their name, image and likeness (NIL). This landmark decision will have a huge implications on the financial lives and futures of college athletes. With this new change comes new rules, laws and regulations.
